The Community Foundation of Johnson County is hosting a special 25th Anniversary Community Celebration on Thursday, October 30 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the Hy-Vee Center at Centennial Park in North Liberty!
This milestone event will honor 25 years of impact, during which the foundation has awarded more than $30 million in grants, created over 300 charitable funds, and partnered with countless donors, nonprofits, and local leaders to strengthen the community. The celebration will include reflections on the foundation’s legacy, the presentation of ten $25,000 Community Impact Grants, and the recognition of this year’s Heart of Johnson County Award recipients.
Guests will have the opportunity to come together in recognition of the foundation’s achievements and to celebrate the many partnerships that have helped shape Johnson County over the past quarter century!
